We had a major engine issue in the middle of no where in Utah. When we finally got to a place with phone service I called Hotchkiss and talked with Lenny. They had just done some brake and other work on our car and I just wanted to check to be sure this new problem couldn’t be connected. Lenny could not have been more helpful or professional. The new issue was totally unrelated to their work but Lenny made several calls to connect us to a local dealer, made calls to technicians he knew at the dealer and pushed to get us some expedited service. He tracked progress over the next couple of days and kept us informed with daily calls. This level of service is far and away the best I have ever gotten from a garage (or any other business). I can recommend Hotchkiss without reservation. They stand behind their work and go the extra mile when needed.

The customer service is second to none. The staff was exceptionally helpful, very honest and clear, and made my experience a real pleasure. This place is the truth!!! I'd recommend it to anyone needing auto help!

Honest, trustworthy, and kind! Getting my car worked on can be challenging because I know Jack about cars. I’ve been to Hotchkiss a couple times now, and they are wonderfully transparent about costs and what repairs need to be fixed vs what repairs will have costs that are greater than the benefits. And the cherry on top is that they’re really kind, which is a bonus on top of great work!

They helped me get the check engine light to turn off (after diagnosis and a part replacement) after 2 other shops couldn’t! They’re very transparent and explain everything.
