We were referred to Hotchkiss by friends of the family and we cannot thank them enough. We have taken our Outback in twice over the last few months for brake service, valve cover gaskets, and drive belt work. From the initial call to picking up the vehicle, we experienced professional and courteous service. The office staff explained everything in detail including cost for repairs. The technicians provided pictures of the items that needed work and gave you a rating on a 1 - 10 scale to let you know the importance of the work. On the call they explained everything and asked for approval before starting. Texts and calls were provided to let us know status and finished work. From where we live it is a little bit of a drive to get here, but it is worth it. We highly recommend Hotchkiss!!!
