I have taken my 2016 jeep to a few other repairs shops before and was getting consistent high quotes and long laundry list of items needed to be done for it. I would do the minimum (oil, tire rotation, alignment, and fluids) and kept a list of the items I was told would need to be done. I then followed up with Cody the manager at Hotchkiss who used to work at my go to shop before it sold and he moved. He got me in quickly and got his team to look into the issues I brought up. Long story short, the laundry list of items I was concerned about quickly turned into a manageable list at Hotchkiss and explanations of why other shops might put those items on the list, and what actually needs to be done. Work was completed quickly, and my car is running great, and I have easy of mind that my Jeep is in a good state.
