Great diagnosis page and the photos are helpful. The health report is very helpful also. Unfortunately not a good fit for me as it is certainly an expensive shop. I was quoted around $1300 for a brake pad and rotor replacement and fluid flush. The thing is, I didn’t need new rotors. Brakes Plus got me hooked up with new pads(lifetime warranty), lathed my rotors, and did the fluid flush for less than $600. The hotchkiss guys seemed to not believe me when I said I was quoted $270 per axel on the pad and rotor service. I know you gotta make money but it reaches a point. Like I said not a good fit for me but if you have lots of money then this may be your spot.

Yeah, the 4.8 stars that this place has feels so warranted. This place has what feels like old timey customer service. Just nice humans that answer phones and reach out with updates while their mechanics solve appropriate problems with your vehicle and don’t try to oversell you. This is my new shop and I’m very happy it’s so close to my home. Wish I had found it earlier! Special shoutout to Jasmine who has been especially helpful over the past few months as I have had my 11 year old truck in for several small repairs. Again, I’m certain any other shop could have listed a litany of repairs to try and run up the bill but instead I got a full inspection and a sober approach to maintaining my vehicle. A few months ago, I took my car to Hotchkiss to get the brakes fixed and have the team perform an inspection for other potential repairs.They provided thorough notes of what I needed to get done ASAP, what could wait a little longer, and what didn't need any attention.The team, Jasmine especially, was very honest and communicative. Most recently, I needed to change the battery in my key fob, but the screw was stripped. I stopped in to see if they had any suggestions and the man I spoke with spent the next 15-20 minutes fixing it himself and replacing the battery free of charge. Hotchkiss has a level of customer service that I haven't experienced at any other auto shop. I'll continue to return to them for repairs and would recommend them to anyone.

The first mechanic I’ve fully trusted. I’ve been coming here for years and always receive great service. Pleasant and helpful staff, they do a great job of explaining everything throughout the process. Would highly recommend to anyone!

They did my pre-purchase inspection and were so through and helped talk me through all the vehicle issues. Really went above and beyond. On top of that it’s a great place to have to wait for your car to get repaired - good wifi - desks to use had coffee and water. I highly recommend!
