Unlike the Google search suggestion, they don't do emissions testing. They were very gracious when I called them and have tried to have their name removed.

I discovered Hotchkiss Auto Repair recently and could not be happier with their service. Because my car is very old, the replacement part needed was not readily available, however, Marseilles found one, after having exhausted his usual sources and then spending his own time searching after hours and over the weekend. Even after all of their extra efforts, they charged me a very reasonable fee. They will now be the first shop I contact for future repairs.

Fantastic shop. They send photos of the diagnostics, so you can actually see what's going on with your vehicle, and take the time to explain what's going on. There's no pressure and everyone is really nice. Highly recommend.

First time using Hotchkiss and it was a truly great experience. Very professional, honest, and kind employees. Marseilles was particularly awesome to work with. Extremely kind, attentive, and professional. We will definitely be lifeline Hotchkiss customers.

Had a great experience with Hotchkiss Auto Repair! They were communicative, always kept me updated with the progress of my oil change, and the prices were really reasonable. They also did a multi point safety inspection and sent me a detailed report afterwards. Could not have asked for a better experience. Marseilles made us especially easy!

Hotchkiss was great! My first time there but will definitely be going back. Marseilles in particular was amazing. He went out of his way to show me things about my car that I didn’t know. A huge shout out to him.

I had some issues with my car and found Hotchkiss from looking at Google reviews. Being out of state, I’m very cautious and careful to find a new mechanic, but Hotchkiss and Marseilles were wonderful. Extremely helpful and responsive. The customer service here beats others and the price is fair. 10/10 would highly recommend this shop!

I highly recommend. The team is friendly, straightforward, and very willing to explain things. They don't upcharge or pressure to do additional services, but they will also let you know what else needs to be done. I'm very glad to have found them!

Super grateful for this shop! They are kind and easy to work with, very straightforward and honest, explain their findings, don’t try to upcharge, etc etc. But more than just consistently excellent service, they know what they are doing. I would put having a trusted auto shop high on the list of things you need to feel set up in a new city—so I am very glad to have found mine!
