Hotchkiss auto repair was great, I wouldn’t go to anyone else in the future. They were very responsive about my vehicle and took good care of me as a customer. Everyone was friendly and my car was in and out quickly!

The best mechanics I’ve ever used. After every inspection you receive a link with pictures, notes and quotes on exactly what’s being done. Jasmine, Cody and the rest of the team are delightful people and very competent.

Brought my RAV4 in for an oil change and tire rotation — great service, done in about an hour, and fair pricing. Staff were friendly and straightforward about future maintenance. My only wish is that they reported to Carfax, but otherwise I’ll definitely be back.

Every time I come to Hotchkiss Auto Repair it’s the best experience. The people here are always wicked nice and the customer service is amazing!!! They actually take the time to explain what’s wrong with my car and never try to push something I don’t need. Instead, they tell me what they think should be done and why, so I can make the decision myself. You can tell they care more about being honest and helpful than just selling you on work. I always leave feeling taken care of and confident my car was in great hands.

Hotchkiss has been fantastic for general maintenance on my old Honda; always communicative, fairly priced, and easy to schedule with. They also helped me replace and reprogram my broken key fob basically for free, avoiding the proposed $350 price tag at a dealership. Very happy to have found them as my go to repair and maintenance shop!

What can I say to express my gratitude to Hotchkiss?! They replaced my turbo a year ago and just this week fixed another issue with my car when it went into limp mode. They fixed the issue under quote and got me back on the road! I know the issue was frustrating for all…but they stuck to it and found the fix! I am very grateful….and would recommend this shop!
