I took a truck here for a pre-sale inspection. They lifted it up and told me to come look underneath and showed me all the problems. They could have not told me about that stuff and told me the truck was fine, but they were HONEST. Hugely important in this industry. Plus they have a nice waiting room with a comfy couch. Definitely coming back here.

Got referred in by a friend. Hotchkis had great reviews. They quoted me a price to change the oil and rotate the tires on my new (5000 miles) 2025 Subaru Crosstrek wilderness. Left the car overnight while I went out of town and when I got back, they told me they had to use a special oil. Told me they would charge me the quoted price anyway, but next time would have to pay for the special oil. So grateful that they are certified to work on Subaru and used the correct oil. Over the top customer service to charge me the price they quoted even though the oil they used was more expensive. Really nice work.

Really positive experience at Hotchkiss. Everyone was organized, communicative, and easy to work with. Kyle was great and made the whole process feel low-stress. I have been bringing my vehicles to Hotchkiss since 2018. I will never bring my car anywhere else. They have always been reliable and honest. I always have such an amazing experience from a simple oil change to brakes and valve cover replacements. They are on it. Very trustworthy and consistent.

Hotchkiss is my go- to for my 2008 Lex. Kyle and Jas are both so friendly and helpful. My under-warranty battery died. Hotchkiss replaced it at no charge, no hassle. They even ordered me a Lyft home. This place does great auto work, the staff are friendly and professional, and they never try to upsell. Hotchkiss for life!

Hotchkiss was highly recommended from another shop that did not do the repairs I needed. Top notch people at Hotchkiss, great communication and keep you up to date on timeline to complete the work. I went in for a coolant leak and the Hotchkiss team knocked it out in a little over a day. Price was reasonable and the quality of the work was impeccable.
