Amazing service and quality work! Jasmine worked so hard with the warranty adjusters to get things sorted and even dealt with my attitude from time to time ;) Had my struts done on top of the warranty work and super impressed with the results! Fast, reliable service is all anyone can ask for! So impressed we dropped a second car of for some work today when picking mine up! Found my shop for life

All the good f words none of the bad ones. Fast, fair, friendly, and if you’d believe it funny. This is the first time I’ve ever had to do work on my vehicle since moving to the neighborhood and I’ve driven past this local shop time and time again thinking they might be a good place to call when I needed it. Turns out I was right and I will be back.

So happy to find a honest auto repair service. Prices are great and I was kept up to date as status of repairs. Friendly and professional staff!

I have had my annual check up and oil changes with Hotchkiss for a couple of years now. Kyle and Jasmine at the front desk have been great to work with. Great customer service! My last check up they found a huge gash in a tire that was hidden from view. A great save. This week I had my front suspension shock/strut and alignment done. I worked with Jasmine who was great communicating with me; texting me updates throught the day. I am very pleased with the work and confident it was done well. Oil changes is one thing but having the suspension work done took my conidence and trust in Hotchkiss to another level. Thanks for the good work!

The folks here are really great! I was able to get my car in really quickly after it broke down and they also included a tow. The repairs were done very quickly. I definitely recommend them!

Brought my vehicle in to get service. Kyle and his team were extremely professional, courteous and prompt with estimated times as well as recommendations. I had my oil changed and also had my breaks inspected. The process took less than 45 mins in and out. Highly recommended and I will be back.
