Hotchkiss has serviced 3 of our cars in the past year and I have found the staff very helpful and honest -- and have saved me significant money in the process. Most recently, I brought in a '16 Subaru leaking fluid on the garage floor. Hotchkiss crew diagnosed a few different leaks and advised that I take it to the dealership because they were related to the CVT transmission. Thanks to their recommendation I discovered that all repairs for the leaks were covered by warranty or goodwill assist by Subaru. Also had a '07 Honda towed in due to an alternator problem that another shop failed to diagnose. Because they are usually quite busy I knew it would take some time. We arranged for an appointment for the next week, just in case, but they said that would try to work it in as soon as they could. They had it done the next day.
