I reached out to Hotchkiss when my car wouldn't start; even though their next appointment was over a week away, they allowed me to have it towed and stored in their lot while waiting for the appointment. They ended up having time to diagnose and repair it a week before my official appointment, and I was so impressed by not only the speed of service but also the level of communication. Marseilles called me with updates regularly, and when he told me about the problem, he let me know it could mean replacing either just 1 part or 4 parts. He gave me the "worst case scenario" estimate, which I greatly appreciated, instead of telling me 1 part was broken then having the surprise of picking up my car with a bill 4 times higher than expected. I hope I don't have car trouble again soon, but if I do, I will be bringing it back in to Hotchkiss!
