Several times I brought my vehicle to this garage, and several times they had to hold it over night just to return it with a large price tag and none of the problems fixed. Charged me $100 to change a fuse, vs actually fixing the problem of a broken fuel pump. Charged me to recharge A/C but never diagnosed or fixed leaks. Constant holds on my vehicle for over 3 days to return it and absolutely nothing has been done to it. Forget this small shop and keep looking. This is a cash grab operation and you will regret brining your vehicle here.
Hi Brett we are saddened to see a negative review on our local and respected shop. We're definitely not a perfect shop but a 1-star review is very suspicious. Also, some of your feedback is questionable and misleading. First, are you even a recent customer because we're not seeing any "Brett B" in our records over the last many weeks? Second, we NEVER would charge $100 to change a fuse. Are you sure that wasn't for a diagnosis time of a vehicle issue with an identified repair of changing a fuse? If you can provide any EVIDENCE we charged you $100 solely to replace a fuse that did not require that part cost & repair time, we will REFUND your money because honesty is a cornerstone principle of our business. Third, when there is an AC issue, we need to recharge the system with freon and add dye to identify the leak. Often, we need a follow-up appointment after 1-2 weeks before the leak can be identified. Unfortunately, we can't force customers to return for that follow-up inspection. Without returning, the leak can't be addressed. Ultimately, we aim to serve our community and if we did not provide you excellent customer service, we want to make it right. We also expect our customers to be reasonable with our team. You are welcome to call the shop and ask for Thomas if you feel your issues remain outstanding.
