Hotchkiss is amazing! I have had a handful of different issues with my car over the last few months and they have fixed all of them in great time and a reasonable price. Whenever I had questions about the quotes, issues, etc., they spend the time to explain to me what's going on and what is needed or not needed to resolve the problem. I appreciate their kindness, time spent talking with me, and their follow up on how my car is doing after I pick it up.

Called in to get a quote on some work on my truck, the people I spoke with were great! Broke things down better and easier to understand, gave great time lines and prices! Keep it up! Forgot to add but called back for my other truck and got an amazing quote on new tires, I’ll travel the distance to bring my vehicles here from now on!

Brought my Chevy in last week not fully knowing what was wrong with it. Jasmine walked me through all of the issues and explained what each issue was and what would need to be done, breaking it all down and easy to digest for someone who is not super familiar with cars. Love to see women in the field! 🙌🏼 Picked my car up from Kyle, customer service was great all around. Will definitely bring my car back here whenever it needs work.

There was a miscommunication between a quote and a price when I arrived. I originally thought they were being shady but once I brought it to their attention, Cody the manager was quick to reach out and resolve it. Also, Jasmine the person helping me directly was extremely helpful and kind. This shop has integrity which is rare.

It felt like they really wanted to help us! The process feels very well managed and the pricing was much more competitive than some of the larger corporate shops. The shop area appears very professional, clean, and organized. The staff was very respectful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. I think they have struck a good balance between the "small-local" and the "mega-corporate" approach to auto repair. I would highly recommend this shop!

They can't fix anything difficult , they only want to charge you for a diagnostic.

Hotchkiss Auto Repair is amazing! They’ve worked on my Audi a few times now, including replacing the control arms, and every experience has been great. Kyle is super friendly, communicates clearly, and makes the whole process easy and stress-free. Definitely a comfortable and trustworthy shop to work with! I highly recommend taking your car here whatever it is!
