Awesome experience with Shelby!

Dropped my BMW off on the 31st of July for a diagnosis. As I was waiting in the lobby for my ride, the gentleman working the phones at the front desk said very loudly to his coworker how disgusting my name was. He made sure to question why someone would name me that way. It’s cut short since I have dual citizenship and my Russian name is actually quite long and hard to spell/pronounce. I still have high hopes in my repair for my car, but that was extremely uncalled for, especially due to the added stress of a car breakdown. I can deal with insults but that was just crazy and insulting. I’d be happy to change my review depending on how my repair/bill goes.

Jenna and the staff took great care of my f150. Communication was great. Price was reasonable and advice was impeccable.

Hotchkiss was very friendly and professional. They did a great job investigating what was wrong with my transition, finding a solution after several different tests. The quoted cost was higher than what was ultimately paid. Highly recommend!
