I kept getting the run-around with trying to get my car fixed and it's an older car and got my vehicle in with Hotchkiss and Mason and the other mechanic got me back on the road again!! Thanks for everything

They are amazing. So thorough and detailed, they gave me the most complete report with proof of every single thing. They even helped me after they were closed and waited with me to make sure everything was taken care of. Truly went above and beyond explaining things, gave great recommendations for repairs. They are seriously the most transparent and honest auto shop. My tech was Jasmine, she was awesome and worked around my schedule and explained everything! That was the best experience I've had working with an auto shop. I encourage everyone to support them!

Working with Cody is the best! Their team here is honest, reliable, and really knows their stuff. They took the time to explain what was going on with my car and quickly identified, and fixed, an issue the dealership wasn’t able to find. I highly recommend taking your car here!

Hotchkiss is amazing! I have had a handful of different issues with my car over the last few months and they have fixed all of them in great time and a reasonable price. Whenever I had questions about the quotes, issues, etc., they spend the time to explain to me what's going on and what is needed or not needed to resolve the problem. I appreciate their kindness, time spent talking with me, and their follow up on how my car is doing after I pick it up.

Called in to get a quote on some work on my truck, the people I spoke with were great! Broke things down better and easier to understand, gave great time lines and prices! Keep it up! Forgot to add but called back for my other truck and got an amazing quote on new tires, I’ll travel the distance to bring my vehicles here from now on!

Brought my Chevy in last week not fully knowing what was wrong with it. Jasmine walked me through all of the issues and explained what each issue was and what would need to be done, breaking it all down and easy to digest for someone who is not super familiar with cars. Love to see women in the field! 🙌🏼 Picked my car up from Kyle, customer service was great all around. Will definitely bring my car back here whenever it needs work.
