These guys are great at communicating and are always kind and friendly. That being said, they told me via diagnosis that I needed a new transmission, which I knew in my gut wasn't correct. I had someone else provide a second diagnosis, and it ended up being a $300 fix, now my car is running great...my advice would always be to get a second opinion.

Hotchkiss Auto is a fantastic place to get your car or tires repaired. I stopped in to have a small tractor tire replaced and they took care of it right away. The service manager Kyle is terrific! I highly recommend!!!

Genuine, honest and professional auto repair service. Did not try to sell us a bunch of repairs that weren’t needed at the time. Car was serviced very quickly and they were very clear with communication and photos. Hotchkiss Auto Repair is the ONLY service facility we will take our vehicle. Jasmine B. was the best service advisor I’ve ever worked with. Thank you Hotchkiss for your staff and services.

Brought my truck in because I had a bad shake/vibration coming from the front suspension. They diagnosed and did a good job of explaining what needed to be replaced and got me back on the road quickly. Everyone was very friendly and I thought they were very reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend these guys for auto repairs

I came to know Hotchkiss since I move to Colorado in 2010. Each and every time I have have interaction with them, it has been a positive experience. I've trusted them with my vehicles and they have never let me down. Asa woman coming into any auto repair shop, there can be a high level of trepidation. But fear not, the staff is profession, non sleazy and transparent on the cost of repairs.

I was scheduled for repair on Friday, but I had to be elsewhere then. Hodgkis Garage allowed me to reschedule to the Thursday before on short notice! Service was completed by the afternoon. Excellent customer service.

Great service all around will definitely be coming back:) a special thanks to Cody really helped me understand what’s going on with my car and help me get to a great price will definitely be doing service with him again :)
