Everytime I go there it’s something else I didn’t asked to be touched or fixed wrong and the original problem is never fixed

Hands down best shop. 10/10 highly recommend! I won’t be going anywhere else. I was helped by Marseilles who was sweet, professional, and expedient. My car was up and running same day. This wasn’t my first time there, either. Every time I have been there I have left with a running car, a clear understanding of what went wrong and a million pounds lifted off my shoulders. I have also never felt like they take advantage of young (let’s be honest, female) car owners in over charging or over diagnosing. Grateful for these folks!!

I faced car troubles and discovered Hotchkiss through Google reviews. Despite being out of state, I was cautious in selecting a new mechanic, but Hotchkiss and Marseilles proved to be excellent. Their responsiveness and assistance stood out, surpassing other options. The customer service was exceptional, and the pricing was fair. I would strongly recommend this shop, giving it a 10/10 rating.

I brought my truck in for an oil change and to have a new passenger mirror put on. Kyle was very accommodating and was able to get me in very quickly. My truck was done before the planned pick up time. And they also went over and did an inspection over the vehicle. Great costumer service and a very easy process.

Hotchkiss was able to get my vehicle in pretty quickly compared to other locations. Kyle was great at communicating through out my vehicles stay and always checks in after a visit is complete to make sure everything is running right!

Awesome service standards here, these guys have looked after my Jeep GC to an excellent standard and Kyle provides great desk service to keep us informed. Not a bad price also!

They reminded me of my appointment the day before. Was greeted kindly by Celo, who provided me with great customer service and communication. Was in and out in 1 day. This was my first visit and I will definitely be back.

Unlike the Google search suggestion, they don't do emissions testing. They were very gracious when I called them and have tried to have their name removed.
