Hotchkiss is the best! It’s stressful to trust a new place with your car but this team is so helpful and communicative that it makes it so much easier to know you’re leaving it in good hands. When they do their diagnosis they send you a full report with photos of your car’s issue as well as a breakdown of cost to actually see what you’re paying for before you agree to them doing the work. I had a big project done and a few days later I accidentally got my back hatch lock stuck so I ran it over just before closing and Kyle came out and fixed it for me. They all have such a positive attitude which is so nice and sometimes hard to come by these days. Thank you for all your help!
