I had a great experience at Hotchkiss after an unexpected car issue. Jasmine was very professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the process. She made sure I understood all details and was very communicative during the process . Will be definitely be returning.

I usually feel uneasy taking my car in for service, but Hotchkiss really impressed me. David P took his time to explain everything in a way I could understand and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I never felt rushed or overlooked, which unfortunately has happened at other shops. The whole process was straightforward and stress-free, and the pricing was clear and fair. I finally feel like I've found an auto shop where I’m treated with genuine respect. Highly recommend!

The first mechanic I’ve fully trusted. I’ve been coming here for years and always receive great service. Pleasant and helpful staff, they do a great job of explaining everything throughout the process. Would highly recommend to anyone!

They did my pre-purchase inspection and were so through and helped talk me through all the vehicle issues. Really went above and beyond. On top of that it’s a great place to have to wait for your car to get repaired - good wifi - desks to use had coffee and water. I highly recommend!

Started my 4th weekend with my engine overheating, called the shop and they were super friendly and able to take my car in on the holiday weekend and back on the road by Monday. Super appreciate of all the staff here and would recommend to anyone in need of service on their vehicle. Prices were fair and pictures were provided to show proof of diagnosis.

I have taken my car here twice, and they have been very open and honest about the repairs my vehicle needs. They provide photographic evidence of any issues and are ready to discuss what repairs are necessary versus what you should just monitor for the future. No concerns to date.
