These guys are awesome! My family and I have been coming to them for years, and especially love how they will only do repairs that are necessary and make sure that we're always very informed as to what we're spending our money on. Oftentimes they let us about upcoming repairs that will be needed in the future so we can start saving and planning for it and very rarely get caught off guard with needed repairs. Great work guys, thanks for all you do.

The service is always fantastic here! It is an honest and reputable shop, and won't over sell you on things you do not need. Will has worked on multiple vehicles for me and my family and his work is always spot on. This shop is very busy, but they always stay in communication and finish the job in a timely manner. Definitely recommend them to all that need any repairs.

We’ve gone to Hotchkiss a few times now and have had excellent service every time.

Went in for an alignment which they got done just fine. When I left Hotchkiss with my truck, the turn signals didn't work. They worked when I brought it in hours before. I called them up and asked what happened and they said they worked fine when they test drove the vehicle. I asked if they were willing to figure out what their mistake was and they said that I would have to pay for a diagnostic. I'm not going to pay someone to fix a mistake that shouldn't have happened in the first place. Extremely unprofessional. Now I get to spend my time fixing their mess. Thanks guys

Nikki was my Service Writer. She was professional, courteous, and timely. I brought the vehicle in for an oil change and full vehicle inspection, including checking manufactures recommended 120,000 mile maintenance. She let me know up front what the cost for the oil change and inspection would be then let me know that they would contact me with any maintenance they recommended. Turns out the car is in really good shape, didn't recommend anything I didn't need or wasn't actually due; only suggested a few minor things that I already knew needed attention. I've taken my vehicle in 3 times now and always come away satisfied; never a sudden problem that wasn't apparent before bringing in and never a problem a few days after service (which all too often is the case with other shops). Will definitely return and recommend. Thanks Nikki! Thanks Hotchkiss!
