Moved in down the street 2.5 yrs ago with two Toyotas, 2008 RAV and 2009 Camry hybrid. Local friend said "try hotchkiss, good people, good price, excellent work". so we did. Have taken both, brakes, water pump, front end noise, RAV brakes and noise "no you don't need brakes, they're fine, got miles to go yet, they do just get a little noisy when wet or cold, see ya later". in other words no sales job, no bull crap, no charge, just honest assesment. Dealer during recall work says your Camry water pump needs replace to my wife for many hundreds dollars, i tell her let's get another quote from someone we trust, "yes it is leaking, no you should not wait, and its only a couple hundred dollars", what more can you ask? Plus I work downtown, the 15 bus stops outside their door. Went elsewhere for windshield replace due to convenience and price one saturday, but just can't think of any reasons not to call, stop in, get a quote from these folks. Gee, it's about time for those brakes, guess I know who I'm going to call!
