I've been bringing my cars to Hotchkiss for over 15 years. Top notch mechanics and their customer service is excellent. Shout out to Sharon for her responsiveness and professionalism. Good mechanics are hard to find and I will be taking my vehicles there for many years to come.

The BEST! I had my catalytic converters stolen twice and Hotchkiss fixed me up with a masterfully installed Cat Cage! I keep my older truck in tip top shape and Hotchkiss performs affordable, trustworthy and timely service for me over many years. I highly recommend Hotchkiss!

Hotchkiss staff are refreshingly honest and experts. Sharon walked me through an engine oil consumption issue (of a certain highly popular vehicle in Colorado, take a guess) and advised me go to dealer for next oil change who could run tests and take appropriate action with manufacturer. That’s right- Hotchkiss steers you toward a solution, not more sales. And when you do need work done the job is done with quality. What more can I say?

This place changed ownership in 2020 or so, and quality has been poor ever since. Poor communication and inaccurate quotes for repairs

This place is a joke all they want is your money they won’t even fill your oil up

Hi Mr. Terminator - are you a customer of ours? Thousands of customers a year would disagree with the claim that we "wont even fill your oil up." In fact, we do many oil changes each day. I had such a good experience working with the staff at Hotchkiss Auto. I am not that knowledgable about cars and have been taken advantage of in the past, so it is always a daunting experience. BUT they really took care of me, didn't make me feel stupid and included me in the whole process. Shoutout to Edgar especially with being very communicative and honest with me. I really appreciated their customer service and highly recommend them to anyone seeking some auto service.

Excellent first experience with Edgar’s assistance! Subaru Dealer had given me a very thorough, but extremely expensive, inspection and repair estimate for my 2011 Outback. Hotchkiss inspected and provided me with an estimate that was much more affordable, and most importantly, prioritized repairs into three steps that better fit my budget. Thanks for helping me keep my teenage daughter’s car safe!
