Denver Auto Repair

We have been using Hotchkiss for years, and I can't recommend them more. The number one thing I look for in mechanics is honesty. I only know so much about cars, soni rely on them to do right by me. They always seem to come through. Anytime I double-check their recommendations with people who know cars always seem to agree with their assessment. Also, their prices are reasonable for the work they're doing. One time they struggled to get a part for a fix, and they were up front and honest about it, and even recommended what steps I could take to do the work elsewhere. Top notch!

I have been using Hotchkiss for the last six months. Because my vehicle was known to the shop by the previous owner, I decided to continue to use their services. A repair they had completed back in May that was under warranty had to be redone due to a leak. In the process of redoing that repair, my check engine light comes on. Cody was very honest about the light coming on while in their possession and assured me he would figure out the issue. He was professional and made sure I was able to get back and forth to work by providing a loaner car. After the issue was identified, Cody made sure that the charges for repair would be fair and reasonable and because the issue occurred while in their possession, he was kind enough to wave some of the fees. They honor warranties and are accountable when needed. I definitely recommend this shop and will be using them for future repairs and maintenance.

Cody helped me out when the dealership left my headlights out after a repair. Rather than paying close to $2k for just my jeep headlights to be replaced I went to Cody and they were fair in pricing as I knew they would be compared to a dealership. Hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, but I more I have my place from here on.

Cody was so professional, honest and genuine. Easy to work with! They got me in and out quickly.

Best auto shop. My car started smoking on a trip to Denver from western slopes. Hotchkiss Auto Repair was able to get me in same day for diagnostics. The brought me to the back where the car was on the rig and showed me exactly what was wrong. The mechanic was able to walk through his diagnostic process and why ruled out other common problems with the make and model. Marseilles, the service advisor/front desk, was patient, thorough, and friendly at every step of the process. He listened and used my description of the issue while engaging in friendly banter to establish rapport. While I hope to not need mechanic services in Denver anytime soon. I know I am in good hands with Hotchkiss Auto Repair.

My experience at Hotchkiss was top tier! As a first tine customer, I felt heard, valued and appreciated. They were very clear and honest throughout the entire process. Marseilles' communication was on point from start to finish. When the part I needed replaced was running late they checked in to make sure I wasn't in a bind snd offered a loaner. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend.
