They are kind and easy to work with, very straightforward and honest, explain their findings, don’t try to upcharge, etc etc. But more than just consistently excellent service, they know what they are doing. I would put having a trusted auto shop high on the list of things you need to feel set up in a new city—so I am very glad to have found mine!

These guys are great. They've replaced my water pump, Fuel pump and brake lines. My fuel pump started to act up after the replacement. And they warrantied it. They're honest individuals. I trust them for my truck work. The communicate effectively give you text messages with estimates and ETAs. Fair pricing. Convenient. Drop off.

I can’t say enough good things about the folks at Hotchkiss. I recently had broken water pump. They hustled to get it replace before a big family road trip. It worked great for a few weeks and then failed because of faulty part. As a result, my Ford Explorer blew the head gasket and needed a new engine. Instead of waiting for the parts distributor to confirm that they would cover the replacement engine, Hotchkiss found a replacement engine and installed it in pretty quick order and covered the engine and installation. It is running great and I will continue to go back to these guys. They are thorough, responsive and do a great job.
