I can't say enough good things about Hotchkiss. I’ve been bringing my 2011 Xterra to them for the past few years, and they’ve taken amazing care of it. Despite 170k miles, it’s running as well as it ever has. Their communication is excellent—they kept me updated every step of the way and were always available to answer any questions. They are also incredibly flexible with scheduling, working around my availability to get my car in as soon as possible.

I took my car to Hotchkiss for new brakes and they were extremely efficient, kind and cost effective! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs car work! Cody is the best, has very good communication and explained everything to me that I needed to know. Overall, very good!

Hotchkiss and Cody were very professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the work needed on my car without any upselling. The repairs were completed quickly with timely updates; can’t recommend this shop enough!

Top notch crew of true professionals! They took me in, made sure i was comfortable and proceeded to repair my vehicle as I was travelling cross country and had a breakdown.

Nice staff. I updated them with a new time and they tried to accommodate. They were professional and took care of my issues without being pushy at all. Will be back (hopefully not soon though ;) )
