I am a new customer, just made the switch from another local shop that was overpriced and dishonest. The experience at Hotchkiss was amazing! They were very clear, communicative, honest, and reasonable in their pricing. They even fixed a couple of minor safety issues for free when they were doing the other repair work. They could’ve easily taken advantage of what I thought my vehicle needed based on what another shop told me, but they did not! They sent photos and detailed information in their Safety Inspection Report and in their quote to me. Their work is warrantied, which also makes me feel confident in the repairs. I appreciated the entire experience and have every intention of using them from now on for our household. Thank you!

I’ve been going to Hotchkiss for several years now and they’ve consistently been honest and helpful. Marseilles has been really great at explaining the issue so I know what’s wrong/what needs fixing, what should be done right now vs what is something I will want to fix in the future. It’s a great place to have as long-term mechanics, as I know I can rely on them to be clear and honest with me, and they are looking out for the longevity of the customer relationship.

I literally cannot say enough how amazing these folks are! I had a malfunctioning hood latch due to another company damaging it during an oil change. From the very first phone call to the in person experience, customer service was a 20/10! Not only did my hood latch not need to be replaced, two members of their team (Marseilles &Austin) immediately helped me and both said let's try to save you some money. They now have a customer for life! Their honesty and integrity really shined today!

Grateful customer since 2013. Hotchkiss did a brakes check up, and changed the oil/filter on 2011 Camry. They also did a used car checkup when purchasing in 2017. Very professional staff. Reliable place for women to know their vehicle will be well taken care of.
