This shop was great! Got my car in quickly, stayed in touch about repairs and parts, price seemed reasonable, and job was done in 2 days!

I’m so grateful I found Hotchkiss! I took my Jeep Cherokee in for a laundry list of things and not only did they take care of it all in less than a week, they had excellent communication the entire time. I appreciated being kept in the loop on what was being done and why and couldn’t have been happier with the transparency regarding the related costs. Thank you, Hotchkiss!

The people who work at Hotchkiss are very friendly and responsive. I've taken my 2007 Suzuki there twice for repairs and they've done a great job of fixing it at a reasonable price and have taken the time to explain the issues and repairs and answer questions. Great place!

Technician and front office employees very thorough and communicative. Was having engine issues and they send pictures and call with updates during the whole process of fixing the issues. They are very transparent with the work that is performed and their pricing and make the extra effort in getting approval before continuing with recommended repairs. In my experience, they have been very professional and trustworthy. Would recommend!

Hotchkiss repaired one of my work trucks and communicated throughout the entire process. I had to approve every addition so there were no surprises. The turnaround time was impressive as well. I will use Hotchkiss for all of my other vehicles going forward.
