I brought my VW Bug to these folks several times over the years for various repairs and upkeep. They always did great work!

Customer service was wonderful. Very fast turn around for my power steering pump replacement. Thought it would take a week but it was finished in one day. I highly recommend this place.

This is the best shop for quality and honesty (which is hard to find). I recently took my car to a different shop because I broke down near it, and the other shop absolutely tried to fleece me. I called hotchkiss and they were honest, direct, and they performed the repair for half the cost. I do believe that Hotchkiss is as honest and professional as they come. They’ve done great work on numerous major repairs. A+ work every time!

Starting with the young lady who answered the phone, Nicky was extremely helpful in asking management for answers for me as well as quoting pricing and setting the appointment...she is very good at what she does! My repair was reasonably priced, performed in a timely fashion, and ready when I expected it to be. When I picked up I had a chance to briefly speak to the owner or manager and left feeling like everyone there cares about providing excellent customer service and quality work. They definitely have my business!

Just called in for a quote. Talked to Jeff, cool dude. Very friendly, helpful, and informative. Will definitely be coming in for those repairs soon. Appreciate you taking the time to answer all my questions.
