This was our second time using Hotchkiss for some work on our aging cars. Had a great experience both times. Very responsive and transparent with pricing and the work was done efficiently. We had a difficult schedule and needed our car back ASAP and despite not being able to start our repair until ~3pm, they managed to get our part and repair completed before closing at 6pm. Steve was a great help, professional and communicated clearly with us throughout the day to keep us updated. Overall, we have been really happy with the work done by Hotchkiss and will be continuing to use them for all our repairs!

Everyone’s experience can be different, but as someone who admits to knowing little about vehicle maintenance (sorry dad) and feeling lost when it comes to this area, Hotchkiss was very helpful. I had an issue with my car, rattling noise, something felt weird, etc. They were able to get it taken care of and showed me the parts, explained what was replaced and why, and I just felt confident that I had been given all the correct information. My boss’s husband recommended to check them out since he’s been going to them for years and I can vouch for the quality and customer satisfaction. They’re also pretty quick compared to my previous mechanic experiences where I’d leave my vehicle there for days (5 to 10) and with Hotchkiss it’s never taken more than 48 hours. I’ve switched to here for everything now, oil changes, maintenance, repairs etc and don’t regret it at all.
