Took the time to properly diagnose my car's issues, and then suggested I not do the repair... Definitely the most honest mechanic I've been to!

Wonderful experiences here. One particular time I took my car here I was quoted a certain price for a repair. It came out being almost $200.00 less. Love the honesty. Good business.

I know nothing about cars so when any of my dashboard light come on I'm terrified. My check engine light came on indicating a need for a new thermostat. These guys were reallllly nice and fast. I had a limited time frame with work and they managed to get me my car the same day. Only reason for 4/5 is because I don't know if the pricing is fair. A new thermostat for my 2016 Jeep cost me $711.....

I never thought I would give a auto repair shop 5 stars but these guys absolutely deserve it. They have come through for us so many times over the years. Once we had an issue with the car and the dealership was going to charge us close to 5k with no guarantee that it would fix the problem. Hotchkiss not only charged us half of it but knew exactly what the problem was as soon as he tested the car. Another time we got stranded on a side of the road late at night and decided to call Hotchkiss to leave a message for the next day. Dave actually answered the call at 9 PM!!! and came to our rescue. Dave and his staff are always supper courteous and the work is always done in a timely manner. We are customers for life.
