I have been taking my last two BMW Z4s to Hotchkiss for years, working with Tony. I had been previously going to Co's BMW in Loveland. They were very good, but I had moved to Denver downtown where the dealership doesn't get as good of reviews. I found Hotchkiss, and they have proven to meet my high expectations on quality of work, transparency, honesty, professionalism, prices, etc. I really enjoy working with Tony and plan to continue to take all my vehicles to Hotchkiss and refer my friends to them for as long as they keep up the great work and I'm in the Denver area!

This place is a gem in the city. Always kind, always professional. They greet my wife and I by name when we walk in and are very clear and upfront about any pricing! Love this place!

An honest auto repair shop; What a oddity. They quote you what it will cost before they do any work and the work that they do, addresses the issue. Further, even if after you bring the vehicle in for repairs, if they cannot fix the problem, they (most often) will not charge you. How unusual is that in this industry of suspects?!

Highly recommended. I recently took an older car in for a timing belt change and an oil leak repair. No doom and gloom sales tactics. These guys fixed my car quickly. They looked the rest of the car over and let me know about upcoming maintenance. No hard salees tactics, just solid advice from the mechanic. Also, very good price on oil changes. Even better, drop it off in morning and pick it up in evening. No sitting in a waiting room or looking at the card of fluids. These guys follow the maintenance schedule and charge a fair price.

Took the time to properly diagnose my car's issues, and then suggested I not do the repair... Definitely the most honest mechanic I've been to!
